My group from Charlestown Retirement Community saw Around the World in 80 Days last Wednesday. Everyone was wildly enthusiastic, even one who thought "it started slowly but..." I think it is a fantastic production. Thank you for bringing it to Baltimore. JoWynn Johns Rating - 5 | Dec 18 2009 12:43PM

Just wanted you to know that I thoroughly enjoyed myself at CenterStage on Friday night (12/4/09). I enjoyed the dinner, and listening to Drew Lichtenberg (who reminds me of Vince Vaughn for some reason), Julianne Franz and Debbie Chinn. I enjoyed watching the rehearsal of the “Santaland Diaries” and meeting Irene Lewis. Gosh, I could’ve watched that rehearsal for hours. All in all, it was a very entertaining evening. I look forward to spending time at CenterStage in the future. It was wonderful! Rating - 0 | Dec 8 2009 1:30PM

Having attended last night's (Dec 6) performance of "Around the World in 80 Days", I wanted to drop you a short note saying my wife and really enjoyed the performance. As subscribers, we can always count on Center Stage to stage varied and interesting works. I know this work is a little out of the ordinary for CS, but I hope it deservidely draws well. Really enjoyed the imaginative set. Well done! Rating - 0 | Dec 8 2009 1:26PM

Hi, I was at the preview show for Around the World in 80 Days on Dec. 1. My niece & I thoroughly enjoyed the play! She wants to see it again! The setting, story, and actors were fantastic!! I forget that at the Center Stage productions the actors do not come back for second bows and I felt that they got cheated last night because I was waiting along with other audience members to give them a standing ovation. Please tell all concerned that the show was so much enjoyed!! Thank you, Donna Rating - 0 | Dec 2 2009 4:47PM

Imaginative staging, scenic design and special effects bring the world to life in this joyous production. I travel from NY and have not been disappointed. Kim Rating - 4 | Dec 2 2009 4:08PM

We had a great time and it was a great introduction to the theater for my kids, they loved it. Michael Rating - 0 | Dec 1 2009 12:53PM

I saw the production of Jules Verne's Around the World in 80 Days. Jointly staged with the LookingGlass Theater from Chicago. I'd highly recommend it as a nice theater experience for kids as young as 7, up through mid-teens (depending on how sophisticated or jaded they are). Rating - 0 | Nov 29 2009 6:34PM
