Service charge-free ticket exchanges are one of the best benefits of a CENTERSTAGE Membership! And, as a Member, ALL of your tickets are exchangeable, including those extras you purchase for family or friends.

Members can make an unlimited number of ticket exchanges up until 5 pm on the day of your performance (1 pm for matinees) with no service change. This allows us time to try to resell your seats before the show starts.

Exchanges can be done in person, by fax, mail, or phone, or by filling out our online exchange form. Please note that, in order to make sure all patrons get into the show on time, we are not able to handle in-person exchanges in the half-hour before a performance begins.

Because we must reference a code printed on your tickets, you must have them in hand when exchanging by phone or online. If your tickets are being held for pick-up at the Box Office, just let us know.

Fax exchanges to 410.727.2522 after writing VOID across your ticket.

When exchanging online or by mail or fax, please try to include a few choices of dates in case your preferred choice is sold out. Note that our Box Office does not receive mail on Saturdays.

The Box Office will always call to confirm a ticket exchange, whether submitted online or via fax or mail. If you haven't received a confirmation, your exchange has not yet been processed. Just to be safe, we recommend you call to confirm your exchange has been received if you do not hear back from our staff within a reasonable time frame.

Your tickets include a unique barcode that will be scanned when you enter the theater. If you exchange your tickets without turning them in to the Box Office, your old tickets will be invalidated and rejected by our ticket scanners. If you change your mind about a ticket exchange, please contact the Box Office for a new seat assignment for your original performance.

Members exchanging to a more expensive seat or performance pay only the difference in their regular membership price.

Non-Members may make a one-time exchange by paying a $5 service charge. If you're not a member and you must exchange your tickets, call the CENTERSTAGE Box Office at 410.332.0033 for assistance.

Can’t make any remaining performances of a particular production?

Please consider donating your tickets back to the theater! As a non-profit charitable organization, we will gladly accept your ticket donation, as long as our Box Office receives your donation request before show time. Your generosity may also help a fellow theater lover get into what is often a sold-out performance!
