Flex/Student Members

Use this form to request redemption of your Flex or Student Membership for tickets to upcoming Classic Series performances. Membership redemptions are processed during regular business hours. Online redemptions are available until 5 pm on the night of the show, noon for matinees. Redemptions by phone are available until 5:30 pm the night of the show.

Start by verifying your membership. Information indicated with a + is available on the Flex or Student Member Card mailed to you at the beginning of the season and is necessary for online ticket redemption. If you’ve misplaced your card and are unable to provide this information, call the CENTERSTAGE Box Office at 410.332.0033 for assistance.

By requesting these tickets, you are authorizing the CENTERSTAGE Box Office to issue tickets for specific performance dates. Once filled, your tickets are confirmed and you must complete a Member Ticket Exchange to choose a different performance. Tickets not exchanged by 5pm on show day (1 pm for matinees) cannot be moved to a new date.

Please Note

Flex & Student Memberships may be redeemed for Pearlstone Series performances; one ticket per show per membership.
Please choose carefully; many dates have both matinee and evening performances.
Flex & Student Members may add tickets for Head Theater events at the time they join. All tickets purchased by members are fully exchangeable, under the Ticket Exchange Guidelines included in your Membership packet.
The Box Office will confirm your new tickets by e-mail or telephone as soon as we have processed your request. Where possible/upon request, we will mail your new tickets to the address noted in the owning member’s account.
There is no service-charge for redeeming Flex or Student Member tickets, but there may be an additional charge depending on the type of Membership purchased (Preview, Standard, or Premium) and the dates you have requested. If you select a performance where the membership price is higher, you will be contacted to make arrangements to pay the difference.
