Our innovative programs introduce students to the performing arts; enhance their classroom studies of literature, history, and social sciences; and help build the next generation of well-rounded citizens. These programs:

• Our Student Matinee series, which offers deeply discounted performances during the school day, in-class visits with the actors, and backstage tours
• Encounter, a weekly after-school leadership training program for high school students
• The Young Playwrights Festival, which invites students in grades 1 through 12 to submit their original plays to be presented at CENTERSTAGE
• Our family night series, Kickin' It with the 'Rents, which serves Baltimore-area families with dinner, a play, and a group discussion with the cast for $8 per person, the same price as a movie ticket
• Summer Intensive, our two-week summer camp for middle and high school students
