We invite you to join Baltimore Center Stage for our reimagined 2017 gala, which will take place throughout our newly-renovated theater on Saturday, June 3. Improvise: A New Story is a one-of-a-kind experience, a feast of performance, food and drink. Guests will design their own creative adventure over the course of the evening, moving at their own pace and experiencing firsthand the breathtaking transformation of the State Theater of Maryland.

Go behind-the-scenes at Baltimore Center Stage with a delicious dinner, the most unique scotch-tasting bar experience in Baltimore, music, and dancing. Our six-floor historic building in the heart of Mount Vernon will be filled from bottom to top with performances, surprises, and revelry. Join us for the party on June 3, and create your own adventure!

Take a seat on the Pearlstone stage in Baltimore’s hottest Jazz Club, featuring Baker Artist Award-winning Todd Marcus and some of our area’s finest jazz musicians.

Come to the Hoist Way to experience a spectacle like no other, a moving sculpture of over 600 light bulbs illuminating the scene shop’s six floor passageway to the Head Theater.

Whose Play Is It Anyway?

Step-up to the keyboard, tap into your inner Oscar Wilde, and have some fun with a fellow thespian (or thespian appreciator) to co-author a play in real time with real actors and win semi-real prizes.
